Practical Life
Practical Life activities focus on developing independence, coordination, concentration, and responsibility through real-world tasks. Children learn skills like pouring, cleaning, buttoning, and caring for their environment, building a foundation for lifelong self-sufficiency.

Sensorial
Sensorial activities engage a child’s senses to refine their perception and understanding of the world. Through materials designed to explore size, color, texture, sound, and smell, children develop observation, comparison, and classification skills essential for future learning.

Mathematics
Montessori math introduces abstract concepts through hands-on materials, guiding children from concrete experiences to numerical understanding. Lessons cover counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and foundational geometry. By engaging with tactile tools, children build problem-solving skills and develop a deep appreciation for numbers and patterns.

Language
Our Language curriculum follows Montessori principles, enhanced by the Waseca Language materials. These carefully designed tools help children develop phonemic awareness, enrich vocabulary, and progress from writing to reading. Rooted in hands-on exploration, the lessons foster a deep understanding of language and its connection to the world, encouraging independent discovery and a love of communication.

Cultural (Geography & History)
Geography and history lessons connect children to the world and its cultures. Through maps, globes, timelines, and cultural studies, they gain a sense of place, time, and the interconnectedness of humanity, fostering global awareness and appreciation.

Cultural (Botany & Zoology)
The study of animals and plants sparks curiosity about the natural world. Children explore life cycles, habitats, and classifications, developing respect for living things and understanding their place in the web of life.
